I'm feeling.. Yum yum hearty breakfast..

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day..it is when all the energy is being generated to help u do ur daily activities..yeke? Ahah..

Iyyerrrr... Sebab.. If I were to skip breakfast..dat means..my sugar level will go down down down down..and I will go down down down .. We dont want dat..do we?

So dun skip ur breakfast.choose ur breakfast menu wisely..

Like me today..I had this for breakfast..easy,quick, and yumm ..for me that is..

wholemeal bread+tomatoes+cheddar cheese+egg_cili sos

So remember..jangan skip breakfast utk kurus..sbb mmg takkan kuruspun..:D

Makan biar berpatutan..jgn ikutkan hati dan perasaan sangat lah!
